Description
In our factory, we can produce customized all kinds of screws.
HEX CAP SCREWS
A hex cap screw is a six-sided bolt with a trimmed hex head and a washer face on the bearing surface. It must meet specific tolerances as described under ASME B18.2.1-1996. Hex cap screws are commonly used in OEM applications where precise tolerances are needed. The most common hex screw specifications include ASTM A449 and SAE J429 Grade-2, Grade-5, and Grade-8.
MACHINE & TAPPING SCREWS
Screws are pieces of hardware used to attach two items together; they’re an alternative to nails, and they have the advantage of being able to be removed and replaced fairly easily. They’re normally made of steel, stainless steel or aluminum, though non-metal variations exist. Screws are differentiated according to a few characteristics: head shape, head type, thread proximity, thread gauge, length and diameter. The most common head shapes are flat head and countersink, which have flat tops with a tapered underside to allow them to sit flush; pan head, which have rounded sides and flat tops; oval head, which have rounded sides and rounded tops; and round head, which have semi-spherical tops that are round above and flat below.
Beyond these differentiations, screws are also categorized by the materials they’re best used to join and by whether the threading goes all the way up the screw or just partially. Also, some screws have a cutting ability to create their own holes as they’re driven into a material, while others require a pre-threaded hole to be used. Machine screws are used to attach pieces of machinery together; they’re normally narrow screws and are threaded along their entire shaft. Generally, machine screws are inserted into already-threaded, or tapped, holes. Meanwhile, sheet metal screws are used to attach metal to metal; they have sharp threads that allow them to cut and thread a hole as they’re driven in. For this reason, sheet metal screws are also called self-tapping screws or thread-cutting screws. Like machine screws, sheet metal screws are threaded from bottom to top. the tapping screws are usually used on machine or on wood products.
HEX LAG SCREWS
Lag screws are some of the toughest types of screws out there. Also called lag bolts, lag screws are generally used to connect heavy lumber and other materials that bear an intense load. They’re different from other more common screws such as wood screws, sheet metal screws and self-drilling screws. Each has its own purpose, although some screws overlap onto other screws’ territory.
Wood screws are used to connect wood to wood. They’re threaded coarsely, but not all the way up. They differ from lag screws because they thread their way through the wood as they’re screwed in, whereas lag screws require you to drill a hole first. Also, lag screws take advantage of a nut on one side to help hold things together; the tight fit of the wood screw negates the need for a nut. However, since wood screws are normally smaller than lag screws and don’t use nuts, they can’t bear the loads that lag screws can. Both wood screws and lag screws differ from sheet metal screws, which have threads all along the shaft. They’re required any time you screw through metal, even if you’re attaching the metal to wood. Self-drilling or self-tapping screws are like sheet metal screws, but they cut their own holes as they’re driven in, so you don’t have to drill a hole for them first.
PHILLIPS PAN MACHINE SCREW
Phillips Pan Head Machine Screws are screws with special type of head with a span and Philips type slot on it. we CNB metal factory supplier of the M4M6 Phillips Pan-Head Screwsand theseare mostly used in most applications. The screws belong to the DIN 7985 and ISO 7045 standard specifications. The Pan Head Phillips Wood Screws can range from M2 to M8 in the metric scale with sizes ranging from 1/8 inches to 2 inches.

PHILLIPS FILLISTER MACHINE SCREW
Phillips Fillister machine screws have a large cylindrical head, with a slightly convex top surface. Fillister head screws are the preferred head type for counterbored holes and can also be used for protecting a surface by raising the level which the screw diver is used to tighten the fixing.
ONE WAY ROUND HD SECURITY TAPPING SCREW
One-way security screws and fasteners, suitable for applications where the fixing will never need to be removed. One-way screws feature a head which is designed to turn in one direction only and will cause cam-out if turned the other way, making these permanent fasteners.
Clutch Head Security Screws have a unique head that requires only a standard slotted screwdriver for insertion – making this an ideal security screw for one-way permanent applications.
Although the clutch head security screws provide an excellent permanent security solution for mass usage, they can be time-consuming to install and therefore when speed is essential, we offer another one way permanent option, the ‘Sentinel Security Screw’. This utilises a modified Pozi drive allowing standard Pozi drill bits to be used for fast and high volume installation.
The design of the vandal-resistant screw is suitable for medium torque applications and hosts a special chamfer at either side of the slotted drive, enabling the screws to be turned in only one direction. If it is turned anti-clockwise, the driver simply slips out.
Most commonly found in public areas such as commercial toilet facilities, where maintenance is not required but security is essential to prevent vandals tampering. It offers a medium and permanent security resistance against vandals and thieves at a relatively low cost, providing both an economic and secure balance.
Within the industry, Clutch Head security screws are also referred to by other names including Clutch Drive, One Way Screws, One Way Round Screws and Perma Screws. They can be used with Security Wave Nuts, Shear Nuts, Kinmar Reusable Nuts, Kinmar Permanent Nuts and 4-Hole Nuts for added security.

These are similar to the slotted cheese head machine screws but have a slightly bigger Head Diameter : and are a little more rounded. These screws come fully threaded as standard. Slotted pan head machine screws are ASME standards specific. Slotted pan head machine screws are commonly driven into pre-drilled holes or fastened with a nut. In practice, they tend to be mostly available in smaller sizes, although some kinds of machine screw can be referred to as stove bolts.
SLOTTED TRUSS SHEET METAL SCREW
Slotted truss sheet metal screw also named sheet metal screw. Sheet metal screws have a pointed end and widely spaced threads. They’re self-starting in thin sheet metal. In thicker materials, a drilled hole is recommended. Length is measured from under head. sheet metal screws, otherwise known as tapping or self-tapping screws are designed for connecting thinner metal objects to one another or connecting metal to wood, plastic, and other materials; sharp threads draw material together and ensure a secure hold. Sheet metal screws (or SMS’s) are made from hardened steel so that the threads create their own mating thread in pre-drilled holes. Sheet metal screws can also be used in other materials, such as wood. Sheet metal screws come in different types. Type A has a coarse thread and sharp point. Type B has a fine thread and a blunt point. Type AB combines the two, with a fine thread and a sharp point.
UNSLOTTED HEX HEAD SHEETMETAL SCREW
Unslotted hex head sheetmetal screw also known as Tapping Screws, Type A Screws, Type AB Screws. Sheet Metal Screws are used in situations where the material is too thin to tap—like sheet metal—and you don’t have rear access to install a nut, but you may need to unfasten the materials later. They have spaced (coarse) threads, and are also used in wood. Standard Sheet Metal Screws require a pilot hole while needle point and self drilling do not. For Button, Hex, Hex Washer, Pan, Round and Truss heads, measure length from under the head. For Flat and Oval heads, length includes head height.
SOCKET SCREWS
Socket screws are a type of screw designed and manufactured with a hexagonal (hex) internal drive built into the head. As such, they are intended to be tightened and loosened with an Allen wrench or hex key, as opposed to a traditional screwdriver.
Socket Screws are A wide range of socket screws, useful in a variety of applications requiring a strong bolt or screw where access is limited.
Socket screws are also known as Allen head screws or bolts, and are fastened using a hexagonal or shaped wrench, requiring a key to tighten and remove.
Standard sizes available from stock. Custom sizes to order and we also manufacture special products to customer drawings.
DOWEL SCREW
Dowel screw is known As woodworking fasteners, dowel screws connect pieces of wood. They suit applications where you need to join two pieces of wood with a hidden fastener and blind holes. Projects that involve dowel screws include: Finial installation. End-to-end joints.
Dowel screws are a headless fastener with a lag thread at both ends. Dowel screws are designed to be inserted into a predrilled pilot hole. The end of the wood thread is designed as a taper that is threaded all the way to its blunt tip. Dowel screws are used as wood to wood fasteners for joining two pieces of wood. This assists in keeping them permanently in their proper relative position, which generally is set apart from each other.
ACOUSTICAL SPADE LAG SCREW
Acoustical spade lag screw is Also known as: Acoustical Lag Bolts, Acoustical Lag Anchors, Flat Hanger Screws, Spade Lag Screws
Acoustical Lag Screws have sharp points, wood screw threads and a hole on the flat end. They can be driven with a driver tool, or installed using an adjustable wrench or pliers. They are ideal for tie-down and tie-wire applications. Commonly found in suspended ceiling installations, they can also be used for wire guiding and hanging pipe, fixtures and more.
ROUND SLOTTED MACHINE SCREWS
Slotted round head machine screws are ASME standards specific in diameters ranging from #2-56 to 3/8″-16. These fasteners are installed with flat head or slotted screwdriver. Slotted head machine screws are often used with nuts as well as driven into tapped holes.
Slotted Round Head Screws are part of Accu’s Precision Screws range and they are designed with a safe and aesthetically pleasing rounded head. The slotted drive of these fasteners is suitable for use with Accu’s range of Slotted Drive Bits and Slotted Screwdrivers.
FLAT SLOTTED MACHINE SCREWS
Flat Head Screws, also called Countersunk Screws, are conical with a flat outer face and a tapering inner face. An advantage to this type of screw is that very little of the head protrudes beyond the surface, allowing it to sink into the material. These screws are commonly made out of stainless steel or zinc coating.
TRUSS SLOTTED MACHINE SCREWS
Truss head machine screw, or truss slotted (unslotted) machine screw. Truss head screws are threaded fasteners with a mushroom-shaped head. They have a wide and slightly rounded head that resembles a mushroom. With their mushroom-shaped head, truss head screws will protrude out of the workpieces in which they are installed. They won’t sit flush with workpieces. After driving a truss head screw all the way into a workpiece, the head will protrude out.
INDENTED HEX UNSLOTTED MACHINE SCREWS
Indented hex washer machine screws offer greater protection to the mating surface than a standard indented hex head. The heads may be slotted for driving with a screw driver or unslotted for driving with a socket or wrench. This indented hex unslotted machine screw can also be slotted .
OVAL SLOTTEDMACHINE SCREWS
Slotted Oval Head Machine Screws are threaded fasteners with a round head that is rounded on the top and tapered on the bottom. PIN TORX SECURITY TAPPING SCREW
As the name states, this has an internal pin within the 6-Lobe socket which requires a special insert bit or key wrench to insert & remove. This reduces the risk of tampering by thieves or intruders undoing the screws. This design provides more clamping force.
Security self tapping screws with a Pin Torx drive. Also known as 6 lobe pin screws, resistorx, tamper proof torx and star pins. Normally used with sheet metal and plastics, this variant has a button head, with a pin within the torx recess. As the name suggests, this type of screw forms its own thread as it is installed into a pre-drilled hole. Torx are excellent in applications that require high levels of torque when the fastener is tightened. The pin stops a regular torx driver or straight screwdriver from being used. These torx pin buttons tend to be desirable where the head is exposed, as they are aesthetically pleasing.
